Final two plots available at Bethany Lane

Luxury house-builder Hale Homes has released two additional plots in order to meet demand for their exclusive Mumbles development on Bethany Lane.

Both £550,000 plots are very different from each other, but each offers perfect living arrangements – whether your dream home is a luxury five bedroom townhouse over three floors or a high spec two storey home with four bedrooms.

The bijou seaside development of ten detached four and five bedroom homes offers bespoke, high end open-plan living and homes are energy efficient throughout - an attribute which Neath-based Hale has become renowned and acknowledged for, with many environmental accolades and awards.

To really sample the Bethany Lane lifestyle, potential residents are welcome to visit the site’s new five bedroom view home, which could also be theirs for £625,000. The homes have already been nominated for the latest Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards, which were established 12 years ago to help raise standards in the construction industry.

All properties at Bethany Lane are also fitted with Trisowarm as standard - Trisowarm was created by Seven Oaks and is a highly specialised and advanced foam insulation system using factory-filled, pre-injected panels with the potential to ensure a top-of-the-range thermal conductivity.

One couple enjoying Bethany Lane living are Mr and Mrs Rowe, who were the first occupants to move into their dream home on the idyllically placed, peaceful and private development back in the Spring. Mr Rowe said: “We were attracted to the development because of its location a few yards from Swansea beach and just a fifteen minute walk along the shoreline path to Mumbles village.

We were uncertain about buying off-plan but were reassured by Hale Homes’ reputation for quality. As Hale is not a mass market builder, we had more personal attention and were offered a wide choice of fitting and finishes so we could personalise the house to meet our requirements.

We are particularly pleased with the overall design and layout here - the ceilings are of a good height and the high level of insulation gives us not just a warmer house but a less expensive one to heat.”

The construction of Bethany Lane was overseen by Hale’s award-winning Site Manager, Matthew Hall, who was named LABC Warranty’s top Site Manager at last year’s Wales Awards.
